Vendor Performance
By allocating agreed costs to discrepancies in vendor performance over a range of supply events, the costs of doing business and the efficiency profile of a vendor can be determined. They can be ranked by their overall performance and by their performance in nominated categories. The following is a list of supply discrepancies that can be monitored. The discrepancy cost penalty can be adjusted to reflect the inconvenience that the discrepancy causes:
